Description
Strawberry Matcha Latte made easy in 5 minutes with fresh strawberry puree, creamy coconut milk, and fluffy matcha cold foam.
Ingredients

- 1/3 cup strawberry puree (homemade or store-bought)
- Ice
- 3/4 cup sweetened coconut milk (carton variety)
- 1/2 cup matcha cold foam
- Strawberry Puree
- 4 large strawberries, hulled (fresh or thawed frozen)
- 1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3/4 tbsp water
- Matcha Cold Foam
- 4 tsp sweetened matcha powder
- 1 tbsp warm water
- 3/4 cup 2% milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
Instructions
- Pour the strawberry puree into the bottom of a cup.
- Add ice on top of the puree.
- Pour in the coconut milk to fill most of the cup.
- Top with matcha cold foam until the cup is full.
- To make the strawberry puree: blend strawberries, sugar, and water until smooth.
- To make the matcha base: whisk matcha powder with warm water until dissolved.
- Mix the matcha base with milk, cream, and vanilla syrup in a jar.
- Froth half the matcha mix using a frother or shaker until it turns into foam.
- Add frothed matcha cold foam to the top of the latte.
Notes
You can double or triple the strawberry puree for later use.
Matcha cold foam keeps for up to 2 days refrigerated before frothing.
Use unsweetened coconut milk and matcha for a less sweet drink.
