- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1 tbsp chopped parsley or dill
Instructions
- Dice cucumber, avocado, and red onion.
- Add tuna, lemon juice, mustard, and hemp hearts to a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix gently to combine, keeping avocado slightly chunky.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate in airtight container.
