Description
This Insta Pot Corned Beef is melt-in-your-mouth tender, perfectly seasoned, and completely alcohol-free. A pressure cooker classic made easy!
Ingredients

- 4 lb corned beef brisket (flat or point cut)
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth or apple cider
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 5 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 tbsp pickling spice or spice packet
- Optional: extra mustard seeds or herbs for crust
Instructions
- Rinse the corned beef under cold water to remove excess brine.
- Add broth to the Instant Pot and place trivet inside.
- Place brisket on the trivet and top with garlic, onion, and pickling spice.
- Seal the lid and pressure cook on HIGH for 90 minutes.
- Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release.
- Remove brisket and let rest before slicing against the grain.
- Serve with cooked vegetables or your favorite sides.
Notes
To cook veggies like cabbage and potatoes, add them after removing the beef and pressure cook for 3–5 minutes.
Leftovers make amazing Reuben sandwiches, hash, or wraps!
