Description

Delicious lemon herb air fryer salmon ready in just 16 minutes—crispy on the outside, flaky inside, and bursting with garlic and citrus flavor.


Ingredients

4 (6 oz) salmon filets

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp celtic sea salt

1 tsp cracked black pepper

1 lemon, thinly sliced

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp Italian herbs


Instructions

1. Pat salmon dry and place in a bowl. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil, rubbing evenly.

2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.

3. Arrange filets in air fryer basket with space between each. Top with lemon slices.

4. Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes for medium-rare, or 12 minutes for fully cooked.

5. Remove from air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

Use wild-caught salmon if available for best flavor.

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 4–5 minutes.
